Leadership
Pate Engineers,
Inc., exists due to strong leadership found in its senior management.
In 1970 PATE opened its doors as a one-man shop. PATE's leadership has
proven resourceful and informed, navigating the firm through an energy
crisis and subsequent recession in the 1980s. Today PATE supports six
offices strategically placed across Texas and a network of over 300 professionals.
Senior management maintains customer service, quality control and the
ingenuity and resourcefulness that has made PATE a reliable source for
engineering solutions that work.
