Mission
Statement
Just as we
develop a conceptual design plan and schedule for our clients' projects,
PATE has defined a ten-year strategic plan for our business. The plan
identifies long-range goals; internal organizational systems needed to
successfully operate a multi-office, geographically diverse corporation
and a timetable with measurable standards for success. Encompassed in
the plan are the firm's Mission Statement and Company Values, which describe
the essential culture of our staff and company.
