PATE provided civil engineering services for this project. The project was initially an undeveloped site of 110 acres. The master plan developed included a lake, a labyrinth, large pavilion with restrooms, playground, trail, open play fields, parking and trail system. Phase I of the project occupied approximately 35 acres of the total 110 acres.
