Park Ten; Houston, TX

Since 1978, PATE has been providing services in surveying, storm water prevention plans, roadways and coordination with the City of Houston for reviews and approvals for the Park Ten MUD, located near State Highway 6 and IH-10. Twenty years later, Park Ten had a major development phase which included 4 office complexes and one hotel. PATE provided designs for site utilities, detention facilities, irrigation improvements, paving and grading and landscaping.
