PATE provided civil engineering design services in connection with the Phase I development of a 220,000-sf office complex, which now houses PATE's headquarters. Phase I included design of the first of two separate office buildings and a three-story, 411-space parking garage on a five-acre site at US 290 and Grow Lane in northwest Houston. Phase II development will include construction of a second office building. Scope of work includes topographic, boundary and legal description surveys; evaluation of the storm sewer system; a storm water pollution prevention plan; site utility design including water and sanitary sewer services; paving and grading plans; and coordination with local agencies on regulatory and site approval issues.
