PATE provided design-build engineering and surveying services in connection with the site design of a research and development building, an office building and parking facilities in Houston, Texas. Located south of Holcombe Boulevard and west of Almeda Road (FM 521), the development encompasses 8.254 acres. Scope of service included topographic and boundary surveys, design of water, wastewater and storm water utilities, paving and grading plans, driveway access design and submission of the development plat application to the City of Houston for approval.
