Plantation Resort; Frisco, TX

PATE provided engineering services for the initial phases of Plantation Resort, a planned 745-acre development located at the headwaters of White Rock Creek. The development includes an 18-hole golf course as well as a clubhouse with swimming and tennis facilities. Utility construction included 6-inch to 24-inch water lines, 6-inch to 18-inch sanitary sewer lines, a sanitary sewer lift station and storm drainage from 15-inch lines to 8-foot by 8-foot multiple-box culverts. Irrigation for the golf course utilizes surface water from three main lakes which expanse 18-acres and are interconnected by a series of pipes. The system is supplemented by two wells.
