The proposed facilities include a hike and bike trail, a water garden, entry road and parking lot. Services include a topographic survey; hydraulic modeling of Oyster Creek and low lying water crossings to determine the extent of any modifications to be made to the crossings; and preparation of presentation materials for review by the City including the civil engineering components of the conceptual plan and cost estimates.
