PATE performed professional engineering design services for preparation of plans and specifications for the renovation of Stewart's Creek Park for the City of Conroe, Texas. Renovation of the park included the construction and improvement of several amenities including a central brick paved plaza area with park benches and a bulkhead along the creek frontage; new restroom facilities; a picnic pavilion seating 50 to 75 people with built in tables and benches; upgrading the playground, parking facilities and hiking trail; creation of new sidewalks; renovation of the sprinkler system and existing foot bridges; installation of a new park sign and new park lighting; landscaping of the entire park and enhancement of the water feature provided by Stewart's Creek into the overall park plan.
