PATE's Public Works practice is particularly established to solve the complex civil engineering problems of the urban environment. PATE has expertise in the development of strategic planning studies of wastewater systems, water systems and flood control and regional detention systems. PATE has also worked with governmental clients in their capital projects planning efforts and has prepared impact fee studies and multi-year capital improvement programs.

Our public clients have access to our planning, design, and construction management experience for water, wastewater, drainage, flood control and transportation projects. Our primary focus is to produce quality designs within expected budgets and schedules to support the agency clients' stewardship of the public funds and trust.

PATE also has established a deep resume in the civil design of public parks and works closely with the landscape architect and recreational managers of these facilities.
