Albertson's Grocery Stores; Dallas, TX

PATE has been involved in Albertson's aggressive growth plan for a number of years providing civil engineering services for more than 15 stores in and around the Dallas area including Mesquite, Corinth, Garland and in Wylie, Texas. PATE services can be seen at the Greenway addition on the southeast corner of FM544 and Westgate Way in Wylie, Texas. The site is divided into 7 lots totaling 27.5-acres. PATE services integrated civil plans, which included but were not limited to the dimension control plan, the drainage area map, the storm drain profile and plan, the wastewater profile and the water/wastewater plan. Additional services involved coordinating with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) regarding existing and proposed drives along FM544 frontage as well as design services for the fuel area appurtenances and site lighting, traffic signalization, landscape and irrigation design.
