Stonefield; Harris County, TX

Located at C.E. King Parkway, west of East Beltway 8 and north of Tidwell Road, PATE originally worked with the district to develop the master-planning for sanitary sewer and drainage facilities to serve the 260-acre development of Stonefield. PATE supports both Stonefield Manor and Stonefield Terrace by providing engineering and survey services for water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and storm sewer facilities. Stonefield Manor section one, 24.3-acres designed for 62 single-family lots, and Stonefield Terrace section one, 16.42-acres designed for 56-lot single-family lots, employed PATE's expertise to perform paving and platting engineering services as well as survey and construction services. PATE also designed phase one of the storm water detention basin to protect Stonefield Manor section one.
