Canyon Lakes at Stonegate; Harris County, TX

PATE provided engineering and surveying services for the Canyon Lakes Development. Intended to cover 260-acres with 817-residential lots and 4-acres reserved for commercial use, the first year of construction completed more than 42% of lots. To support growth, PATE worked with the Remington Municipal Utility District to offer engineering services for the Master Utility Plan and the Master Drainage and Detention Plan. PATE provided designs for water distribution, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities as well as platting and paving for Canyon Lakes Village and Canyon Lakes at Stonegate. Promoted as a lake community, PATE is providing engineering and surveying services for the amenity lake in Canyon Lakes at Stonegate.
