Markets Home > Site Development

Regulatory profiles of the civil component of site development projects (utility commitments, ADA, stormwater quality, flow mitigation, traffic studies, etc.) have increased over the past years. PATE understands that the time frame for project performance is short. Typically, site civil design completion is desired first for staged permitting and construction so that building contractors have a constructed parking area to use for lay down.

In many of the cities in which PATE works, planning and zoning are also site design issues. PATE has the land planning and zoning commission experience needed to gain approval for our clients' projects in local planning and zoning hearings.

PATE always recognizes its role within each project and understands the importance of interfacing with all multi-disciplinary teams. PATE also understands the need to meet or exceed not only our client's expectations but those of local regulatory agencies. With offices in major Texas cities, PATE is able to serve regional and national clients working with prototypical designs to develop civil engineering solutions that meet local area criteria.
