Fairway Drive Replacement; Sugar Land, Texas

Pate Engineers designed the replacement of reinforced concrete pavement along Fairway Drive in the Sugar Creek subdivision of Sugar Land, Texas. Located between Bendwood Drive and Tiffany Lane, this roadway improvement project involved a topographic survey of the project area, design of replacement pavement, and the preparation of construction contract documents including plans, specifications and bidding documents. The project also included the replacement of storm sewer inlets, driveway aprons and sidewalk landings within the existing right-of-way. The traffic control plan was a critical component of this project to accommodate access to the residential properties abutting the roadway.
