Regal Row; Dallas, TX

PATE provided civil engineering services for a two-mile, six-lane divided roadway with bike lanes. Paving, drainage, water and wastewater utility improvements were designed for approximately 11,000 linear feet along Regal Row from Stemmons Freeway to the Chicago and Rock Island Railroad. Services also included surveys, grading, storm drainage, utility adjustment, traffic safety and intersection design. Utility service lines and drive approaches were also adjusted.
