PATE is providing civil engineering and survey services for the 50-acre Home Depot Regional Distribution Center located in Baytown, Texas. PATE performed the due diligence to finalize a "Project Site Plan" based on jurisdictional "approval" issues and the Home Depot prototype documents. Site considerations included the possibility of rail car access. Other services provided included a topographic survey, an ALTA regulatory boundary survey, a drainage analysis and a site information checklist.
