PATE has developed water storage tank programs for cities large and small. More than 200 tanks ranging in size from 25,000 gallons to 12.5 million gallons have been inspected, rehabilitated or replaced over the past decade.

Tanks

Water storage tanks are critical to overall water system operations. Sudden failures disrupt customer service and risk costly property damage. Removing tanks from service for rehabilitation requires careful planning. PATE can design a water tank program that puts you in control and provides for the orderly rehabilitation, replacement or expansion of your water storage tanks in compliance with regulatory standards.

Distribution/Conveyance

Networks of distribution/conveyance lines criss-cross and merge beneath roadways, homes and business districts. As communities and businesses grow, water planners are constantly challenged by quality and volume throughput and the sustainability of pressure and storage volume. PATE resourcefully meets these challenges by facilitating studies of current and alternative water resources while implementing rehabilitation and construction of new lines.

PATE has over three decades of experience in planning studies which include execution and financial plans for lines tunneling under roadways, residential districts and highly congested, urbanized business districts.

Plants & Pressurization Facilities

Since the 1800s, engineers have played a major role in developing techniques and filtration systems to reduce the risks of contaminated drinking water. PATE has extensive design experience in groundwater plants which have met or exceeded federal and state regulations. Working relationships with municipalities and utility districts give PATE a reliable resource to produce implementation and financial plans that meet or exceed budget and schedule expectations.
